Earthenware vase Boch La Louviere 1930 Art Deco Longwy twentieth

Earthenware vase signed Boch La Louviere *, decorated with stylized flowers in the way of Longwy, vintage 1930's twentieth century.


This vase is in good condition. It is signed below.

A note: slight enamel wear on the decoration in places (see last picture), use wear see photos.


* Royal Boch

Pottery works at La Louviere in Belgium. The factory was founded in 1841 by Victor and Eugene Boch, descendants of a family of potters since the eighteenth century in Audun-le-Tiche. BOCH Brothers began its manufacturing operations in August 1844 under the direction of Victor BOCH who remain at the helm until 1881. TOCK Charles, engineer, graduate of the Ecole Centrale de Paris, take the estate until 1904 and its sequel Marcel TOCK. Enjoying a privileged location, the pottery is successful from the start, she acquired a solid reputation as a result of royal visits and won numerous awards at international exhibitions.
