Medal of the Order of the Legion of Honor, Star of Commander, Second Empire model, in 18-carat yellow gold (eagle's head hallmark) and enamel, with the profile of the Emperor with the inscription "Napoléon Empereur des Français" ; on the other side, an "Honneur et Patrie" eagle, from the Napoleon III 19th century period.
