Rare suite of 6 Regency caned armchairs in carved beech, backrest decorated with shells and small flowers, whiplash armrests with leafy scrolls, belt decorated with shells and foliage, resting on four curved legs ending in snails, from the 18th century.
These armchairs are in good condition and are of remarkable quality. Fully pegged. Cushions and later pieces of leather (19th century).
A note: accident in the caning of a file, the front part of the feet of an armchair is dislocated (see red arrows), some old wormholes, some slight accidents, scratches and wear of time, look carefully at the photos.
