Norman wedding chest in polychrome wood, finely decorated with birds and flowers, vintage late eighteenth and early nineteenth centuries.
This chest is in good condition, it has been the custom of the time.
A note: slight play in the opening, the decor is a bit worn, old worm holes, accidents and wear of wood use, see photos.
