Finely chiseled solid silver snuff box decorated with a couple in a gallant scene on the lid, as well as a plant motif, Old Man hallmark (1819-1838) and Average Guarantee of Paris, from the first half of the 19th century.
This box is in good condition. The punches are very worn and hard to read.
