Pair of silver bronze sculptures signed Emile Guillemin * representing two men, duelists, dressed in the style of the Renaissance, with their swords, XIXth century.

These sculptures are in good condition. Signed on the base.

A note: some tiny shocks (a base a little depressed), the tip of a slightly twisted sword, some sialissures, scratches and wear of time, see photos.

* Emile Coriolan Hippolyte Guillemin (1841-1907):

(Ec fr). Pupil of his father Emile Marie Auguste and Salmson. Beginning at the Salon of 1870. We have him at the Toul Museum a bust of Thiers, and that of Montreal "Eliezer and Rebecca". Honorable mention in 1897. (See Benezit)
