Large bronze sculpture representing an Arab falconer, his bird posed in his right hand, holding a riding crop in the left, signed Marcel Debut * on the terrace, vintage late 19th-early 20th centuries.

This sculpture is in good condition and is of good quality. Signed see photos. The whip is mobile.

A note: dirt and traces of verdigris on the base and at the level of the feet, some slight scratches and wear of time, see photos.

* Marcel Debut (1865-1933):

painter and sculptor, student of his father, Didier Debut, he exhibited at the salon from 1883. Student of Jules Lefebvre and Pierre François Marie Boulanger, in 1895 he obtained an honorable mention at the Salon of French artists of which he was a member. (Referenced in Bénézit and in the Dictionary of sculptors by P. Kjellberg).
