Exceptional and rare small cabinet presbytery oak and chestnut fully and finely carved, decorated with several scenes from the Life of Christ (Passion, Crucifixion and Resurrection), framed by caryatids and cherubim or cherubs surrounded by dragons lions and eagles, dated 1614 on a panel, then early seventeenth century.
This cabinet is in good condition. It was rebuilt in the nineteenth but the elements are seventeenth century. The back is pinned. It is engraved "DISSEHEISTOR" and "ISVTHDEPASION" in the upper panels.
This cabinet comes with a private chapel (Domaine du Plessis-Kaer, Morbihan).
