Old system cane forming pencil holder, drum and wooden knob (bamboo), location of English silver pencil signed Brigg, vintage early twentieth century.
This rod is in good condition. The pencil is not the original one, it is that of a high pencil to show the location. The opening and closing mechanism is key (which is present, see photos).
