Compass system cane, wooden shaft, head bones (beef) carved and silver metal, vintage late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries.
This rod is in good condition. The compass does not parchment fine (not exact).
A note: small chips on the glass of the compass, some small shocks, scratches and wear on the tree, see photos.
