Very nice leather holster rosary adorned with a medallion paperolle representation of an altar with the Sacred Heart and a chalice of XIXth century.
This case is in good condition, it is in its own juice. A report: wear and small tears on leather, some parts are damaged decor and move in the inset view photos.
* Paperolle: artisanal technique involves winding narrow strips of paper to create shapes and various ornamental patterns. The paperolle is a very old technique that was used in the Middle Ages in poor churches, to imitate the decoration filigree gold or silver. Achievements were often called reliquary shrines paperole. Paperolle is a term derived from paper. It includes not only the technical but also the realization of paper. The name rolled paper is sometimes used synonymously.
