Bronze clock with two patinas (golden and black), white Carrara marble and turquin blue marble, known as the "Warrior Loves", with on the left a putto wearing a helmet, a spear and an arrow; on the right a Cupid cherub with his bow and his quiver; above the dial a rooster symbol of courage and bravery, enamelled dial with Arabic numerals, from the 18th century.
This clock is in very good condition, superb quality. We have his pendulum but not his key. The movement has been revised, it works. The suspension is more recent. Some hardware elements are also later.
A note: missing a piece of the arrow and the Cupid's bow, some micro-chips and cracks of time in the marble, tiny dirt and wear of time, see photos.
