Finely chiseled and guilloché gilt bronze portico clock, decorated with two swans drinking from a tiered fountain on the top, enamelled dial with Roman numerals framed by two flower vases, uprights in the shape of large openwork palmettes, cockerel movement signed Claude Bernard à St-Jean, from the 1st Empire period, early 19th century.
This clock is in good general condition, good quality. The cock movement works.
Please note: some damage to the enamel of the dial, a repair on the bronze under the dial (see red arrow), the feet are slightly twisted, wear and tear, see photos.
