Superb pendulum finely chiseled gilt bronze, decorated with two characters: an angel or cupid with a woman dressed in antique, dial surrounded by a floral frieze, putti and horns of plenty, lower part decorated with various characters (cherubs, antique woman ...), First Empire period early nineteenth century.
This clock is in good condition, it is in its own juice. The movement is later. It does not work and will have it reviewed. We have the key and the balance. The mercury gilding is original.
A note: missing certainly the arc holding the Cupid, the upper part of the character moves a little, the woman's chest moves a little too, the enamel dial is damaged, from light wear and soiling of time, see pictures.
