Cartel applies Louis XV gilt bronze finely carved and pierced to form turbulent decorated rococo small flowers and foliage, Napoleon III nineteenth century.
This cartel is in good condition and is of high quality. The dial is signed "Heuelle Vernon." The movement is signed "Japy Frères & Cie Medal of Honor", it works. It lacks the balance, bell ringing and key.
A note: there are more than three screws to secure the rear plate, tiny traces of oxidation on the bottom, light wear of time, see photos.
