Pair of Louis XVI double salt cellars in finely chiseled and openwork solid silver, decorated with two cherubs holding a medallion in the center, as well as floral garlands and bunches of fruit, knots and foliage, resting on small claw feet, Fermiers Généraux hallmark (T = Paris 1782), medium works discharge hallmark (1781-1789), from the 18th century.

These salt shakers are in good condition, good quality. Hallmarked see photos (goldsmith's hallmark worn).

Please note: some minor accidents and losses to the knots and garlands, traces of a small restoration, minor deformations, wear and tear, see photos.
