Small ovoid-shaped vase in molten glass signed Gallé *, with acid-free decoration of vine vine and bunches of grapes, purple in color, from the Art Nouveau period at the end of the 19th-beginning of the 20th centuries.
This vase is in good condition. Signed on the side.
A note: small original defects (bubbles in the glass) and on the inside of the neck (very little visible), scratches and wear of time, see photos.
* Émile Gallé (1846-1904) is a French industrialist, master glassmaker, cabinetmaker and ceramist. He was the founder and first president of the School of Nancy in 1901. Child of art and commerce, he was one of the most prominent figures of applied arts in his time and one of the pioneers of Art. new.
