Gourd vase-shaped glass paste * to bulging body and flattened sides, flared neck, signed Gallé **, decorated cleared acid floral motifs and purple violet plants, vintage Art Nouveau late nineteenth-early twentieth centuries.

This vase is in very good condition. It is signed on the side.

* Molten glass: glass treatment known since ancient times (Pliny), rediscovered by H.Cros 1880, which sought fusible material workable in paste or liquid state.
