Pendant Bermil pear shaped (possibly scent), perhaps fibula element, certainly in finely engraved solid silver, decorated with colored glass cabochons, ornate pendants with beads (resin) tribe from Zaiane, Morocco Middle Atlas, vintage early twentieth century.
This pear is in good condition. It is in its own juice.
A note: the attachment of high has changed (must be a cause fibula) some shock, wear and soiling of time, see photos.
