Pilot cut crystal and colorful certainly St. Louis * and ormolu finely carved scroll decor, flowers and stylized shells, consisting of an arm holding a small lantern, marble base, Napoleon III nineteenth century.
This pilot is in good condition.
A note: breakage and some chips on the lantern (certainly lacks a touch below), the arm is slightly bent, some small cracks and micro-chips on the marble, dirt and wear time on the bronze, see pictures (see arrows red).
