Miniature painted on ivory representing two women (one of which is undressed) and a cherub at the edge of a fountain decorated with ancient scenes, in a bucolic landscape, in a brass frame, from the Romantic period at the beginning of the 19th century.
This miniature is in good condition. It is under glass (slightly bevelled).
A note: some slight wear on the paint, see photos.
Specimen in worked ivory, prior to July 1, 1947 and therefore conforms to Regulation EC 338/97 of 12/09/1996 art.2-Wmc.
