Small miniature floor clock in solid silver entirely and finely chiseled, decorated at the top with a Virgin surrounded by two Venuses, below a horsewoman and a country scene with a cow, at the bottom a boat in front of a mill, decorated sides of women, cups and cows, Dutch hallmarks, from the 19th century.
This clock is in good condition. Sold with an attached cockerel watch movement (signed Le Prior London), missing a hand, does not work. Worn hallmarks: title hallmark of the Netherlands (lion rampant in a hexagon), letter date and goldsmith's hallmark JV.
