Ciborium-chrismatory (sick) or travel in solid silver, decorated with a cross on the top of the lid, leaf punch for Petite Garantie Department (works of foreign origin 1819-1838), XIXth century.
This ciborium is in good condition. Hallmarked see photos. ACC initials on the edge of the foot. The barrel does not unscrew.
A note: this ciborium must have been ruddy (worn vermeil), some scratches and wear of time, see photos.
