Plate bas-relief bronze mounted kiss of peace (or osculatoire *), representing the Virgin Mary holding the infant Jesus in her arms, surrounded by two other characters, all in a structure or Gothic architecture, fifteenth time century.
This plate is in good condition. It was mounted after the kiss of peace.

* During the celebration of the Eucharist, the kiss of peace is the liturgical rite that precedes sacramental communion. This instrument, which appeared in the Middle Ages, and enables the faithful to pass the kiss of peace without direct physical contact - sometimes ambiguous - and reminding the religious sense of accomplishment gesture.
