Kiss of peace or osculatoire * gilt bronze, decorated of Christ on the cross surrounded by two small figures decoration, below two bouquets of flowers intertwined, with a cross on top (miss), certainly from Spain antique sixteenth century.
The kiss of peace is in good condition, it is of outstanding quality.

* During the celebration of the Eucharist, the kiss of peace is the liturgical rite that precedes sacramental communion. This instrument, which appeared in the Middle Ages, and enables the faithful to pass the kiss of peace without direct physical contact - sometimes ambiguous - and reminding the religious sense of accomplishment gesture.
