Superb and rare Aubusson tapestry fragment depicting a love scene with a gentleman with his lady a small game on a silver platter in the grounds of a castle that can be seen in the background, another character walking on the right side, period sixteenth century.
This tapestry is in good condition, it is in its own juice. It is lined.
A note: traces of restorations in places, wear time, but looking at the pictures.
