Very nice sculpture, small vase or pitcher sandstone Michel Lodereau * creation of 1950/70 period the twentieth century.
This sandstone is in very good condition, it is signed hollow "ML" view photos.

Contemporary artists from the region Figeac in the Lot Valley. They are known for their sculptures in sandstone and achievements in 1950/70. Works engraved "ML" are those of Michel Lodereau and "AL" those Annick.
They are referenced in the book "Pottery stoneware, seals and signatures from 1941 to 1985" D.Goudenhooff (2010).
