Terracotta sculpture depicting two young satyrs or fauns stroking and feeding a goat with grapes, signed Charles Perron *, on a gilded wooden base, vintage late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries.
This sculpture is in good condition. It is signed on the edge.

his best known work, "The Wreck", a marble statue inspired by a poem by Francois Coppe is exposed to the Salon 1897. He is credited as "The Mischief" (1899) and "Surprise" (1899 ), then many decorative groups and some bronzes. (Cf The bronzes nineteenth century by P. Kjellberg)
