Oil on panel signed Creixams * representing the portrait of a young woman, most likely a Spanish woman (perhaps a gypsy), vintage twentieth century.
This painting is in good condition. Signed on the top left plate on the frame. The panel consists of three panels (junctions visible at the top and at the bottom)

Member of the Salon d'Automne, also exhibiting at the Salon des Tuileries and at the Salon des Indépendants, this artist, who has had his studio in Paris for many years, occupies an important place among the Spanish painters who claim to be from the Paris School. He painted portraits, compositions and landscapes; Gypsy scenes are also mentioned. (See Benefit)
