Oil on canvas signed Louis Galliac* representing two naked women having tea, one of them drawing the cards to the other, interior scene of a painter's studio, the latter in the background smoking and looking at his two models ; on the walls (and on an easel) many paintings are exhibited, from the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
This painting is in good condition, it is of high quality. Signed on the side.
A note: some wear on the edge (traces of a frame), some small accidents and lack of paint in places (see red arrows), see photos.
Painter (Ec fr). He was a pupil of Adolphe Yvon, Alexandre Cabanel and Léon Bonnat. The Museum of Fine Arts of Dijon keeps a work of him "Le Glas"
