Oil on panel depicting the Baptism of Christ by Saint John the Baptist in the waters of the Jordan, three figures watching the scene; in the sky several cherubs surround God the Father and a dove descended from the sky, probably Italian school in the style of the baroque paintings of Guido Reni (1575-1642) and Ottavio Vannini (1585-1644), from the late 18th-early 19th centuries.
This painting is in good general condition as is its gilded frame.
