Oil on panel depicting a landscape of rolling English countryside with a mill and a small river in a wooden frame gilded stucco, signed Bloomer *, of XIXth century.
This oil is in good condition and frame. It is signed on the bottom right.
A note: small accidents on the frame to see pictures.

* Hiram Reynolds Bloomer (1845-1910): (Ec am.) Exhibited at the Paris Salon of 1877 and 1878. He also exhibited in Philadelphia. Member of the San Francisco Art Association and the Bohemian Club.
