Outstanding oil on canvas depicting a landscape with many Navy ships in port, including a vessel surrounded by sailors involved in its sails, before a town dominated by a domed basilica in the background, perhaps in Italy, signed Jublin *, in a gilt frame, of the nineteenth century era.
This table is in good condition and frame. It is signed lower left.

* Jublin (XIX): marine painter. Works by this artist are kept at the Museum of Fine Arts of Rennes.
