Oil on canvas depicting a small group of Breton and children talking about a path village, certainly in the Finitsère or Morbihan, with the sea in the background, signed V.Morin perhaps Vitalis Morin *, of time late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries.
This oil is in good condition and its gilded frame. It is signed on the bottom right.

He began his art studies at Angers Dauban and were first views of the picturesque capital of Anjou he reproduced. Set in Paris in 1895 he exhibited regularly at the Salon of French Artists, almost constantly Breton subjects. (Excerpt Bénézit)
