Oil on board representing a marine landscape with boats and boats sailing at Hellebaek (Denmark), signed Anders Andersen-Lundby * and dated 9 July 1885, in a blackened and gilded wooden frame, of the nineteenth century.
This painting is in good general condition. It is signed and dated at the bottom right.
To be noted: it will be to clean, some accidents and misses on the frame, wear of the gilding, see photos.
In 1861 he moved to Copenhagen. From 1876 he exhibited about every year in Munich. His paintings represent for the most part winter landscapes seen at the time of twilight. (From the Bénézit)
