Canton polychrome porcelain teapot with rich decoration of various characters: notably an old woman surrounded by her servants, a rich woman seated on a sedan chair, in a riverside landscape; upper part decorated with plant motifs, flowers, Chinese signs, birds and butterflies, from China, 19th century vintage.
This teapot is in good condition and is of remarkable quality.
Note: small crack at the edge of the lid (see red arrows), tiny enamelling defects, slight wear over time, see photos.
