Cup and saucer in Japanese porcelain from Arita (Hizen province)) with imari decoration of flowers, stylized motifs, characters and butterflies, all enhanced with gilding, signature on the base, vintage late 19th century.
This cup is in good condition as is its saucer. Signature below "Fu Ki chô shun" = wealth, honor, and eternal spring (mark of greetings borrowed from Chinese porcelain).
Please note: minor wear to the gilding, wear and tear over time, see photos.
