Polychrome Chinese porcelain tea caddy or covered pot, decorated with a young woman on the lid; on the body characters in a landscape, as well as poems in calligraphy, inside a small teacup, signature on the bottom, from the 19th century.
This box is in good condition and is of good quality. Signature on the bottom, perhaps apocryphal signature Tongzhi (1862-1874).
Please note: crack on the cup, firing crack on the edge of the lid, some enamel defects, wear from time, see photos (see red arrows).
