Pair of Chinese porcelain vases from Canton, richly decorated with figures and women and many colorful birds, butterflies and flowers on reserve surrounded by a bright vegetable pattern, collar decorated with dogs of Fo or dragons in gilt, XIXth century.
These vases are in good condition. They rest on wooden pedestals. The sets of two vases are similar but not strictly identical.
A note: one of the vases is cracked (see red arrow), some égrenures on the edge of the neck of the two vases, a few flaws glazing, soiling and wear of time, see photos.
