Earthenware plate from Nevers, with scalloped edges, with so-called pre-revolutionary royalist decoration representing flags framing a coat of arms with the arms of the King of France (three fleur-de-lys), above the royal crown and below a drum and 18th century wind instruments.
This plate is in its own juice.
A note: chips and égrenures on the edge, enamel defects, wear of time, see photos.
We put other earthenware plates from Nevers on sale on this site.
