Tours of earthenware flower-shaped bagpipe decorated with flowers and dancing figures, signed in the hollow of an ax to Gustave * Asch, vintage late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries.
This flower is in good condition. It is signed and numbered intaglio see pictures of below. A note: wear to decoration and hairlines on the back to see pictures.

* Gustave Asch (1856-1911): painter and decorator merchant, he founded at Tours in the 1880 workshop on decorating ceramics. He signs his name to be either an ax.
