born in Brest on December 3, 1737 and died in the same city on February 10, 1813, was a French draftsman, engraver and marine engineer. He is the younger brother of Nicolas Ozanne, like him a marine designer. Both are considered precious witnesses of naval France and its development, from Louis XV to the Empire.
