This card is in good condition. It is under glass, the frame is newer. She was perhaps part of a book.
A note: fold trace in the middle, the paper is slightly yellowed and stained in places, tiny wear on the frame, see photos.
was a German cartographer and geographer who produced many of America card and Europe. Oberkammlach born in Bavaria, he moved to Nuremberg, where he died in 1724. In 1716 Homann published his great work: Atlas ueber die ganze Welt (World Grand Atlas).
