Is a French painter and sculptor of the twentieth century. Among his achievements are posters and large formats, as well as illustrations. He also designed monuments such as the Rachi memorial in Troyes, or the clock at the Quatre-Temps shopping center in the La Défense business district. In 1963 he met Pablo Picasso, a great friendship was born between the young artist and the old master. Picasso will then follow Moretti along his career and will be present in difficult times. It illustrates in the 1980s about thirty stamps for the French post. From the early 1970s, his works regularly illustrated the covers of the literary magazine. He is also the creator of the logo of the French Judicial Police, integrating the profile of Georges Clemenceau on a tiger head.
