This reliquary is in good condition. It's sealed. A report: the label marked "VM" is detached and moves, normal wear see photos.
* Paperolle: artisanal technique involves winding narrow strips of paper to create shapes and various ornamental patterns. The paperolle is a very old technique that was used in the Middle Ages in poor churches, to imitate the decoration filigree gold or silver. Achievements were often called reliquary shrines paperole. Paperolle is a term derived from paper. It includes not only the technical but also the realization of paper. The name rolled paper is sometimes used synonymously.
St. Maria Goretti ** (1890 - 1902) is a Catholic virgin martyr, killed by a jilted lover. Beatified in 1947.
