Reliquary in medallion called "Agnus Dei"* with on one side a representation of the Virgin Mary surrounded by names of Saints (Madgalene...); on the other Jesus Christ, wax medallions and horn mounting, old label of provenance "Famille de la Motte Vauvert near Amiens", vintage late 19th century.
This reliquary is in good general condition. The names are very hard to read.
Note: a crack on a glass, a few micro-chips on the frame, wear and tear, see photos.
* An Agnus Dei is an object of devotion in the form of a white wax medallion with an oval shape, very rarely round. He is solemnly blessed by the Pope. With a very old tradition, Agnus Dei have not been manufactured since the mid-1960s.
