Bas-relief panel or door leaf carved wood (certainly in chestnut or oak), representing a scene with a woman on maternity nursing her baby and holding the Sacred Heart in the left hand in a door-to encadrure fluted columns probably a church, from France, Haute Epoque Renaissance XVI-XVII.
This panel is in good condition. The hardware (handles and hinges) are perhaps later.
A note: old slot on the right of women, old tiny worm holes, scratches and wear on the wood, see photos.
