High-relief panel in lacquered and gilded carved wood, representing Asian characters in a palace or temple scene, with a couple in the center under a pagoda surrounded by dignitaries and servants, a rider on the far right, from China, vintage late 19th century.
This panel is in good general condition and is very decorative.
Note: some wear to the polychromy and gilding in places, dirt from time, see photos.
