Pair of Chinese decorative panels, in wood carved in polychrome and gilded bas-relief, depicting two mandarins richly dressed in embroidered dresses, one holding a dragon, the other a pagoda of floors, enhanced in places with small mirrors, mustaches and beards in horsehair, of the XIXth century.
These panels are in good condition and are very decorative. They most probably served as elements of interior decoration in a traditional Chinese house. Trace of collection labels in the bottom.
Note: some small ice creams are missing, others are missing, some cracks on the wood, slight accidents and lack of polychromy and gilding in places, wear time, look at the pictures.
