Secretary Empire mahogany and veneer of flamed mahogany columns amounts, opening with four drawers in front (one at the top) and a flap revealing a vertical theater and 6 small drawers, writing desk leather gilded iron ornamentations finely chiseled gilt bronze, top in dark gray black marble, vintage late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries.
The secretary is in good condition. We have his key, locks work.
A note: the leather of the desk is worn, some scratches and wear on the wood (especially theater), micro-chips on the edge of marble, wear time, see pictures.
